Hi, so why did I start training with Carol? So I've been exercising regularly for kind of the last few years, like running and doing yoga, but I hadn't really seen an increase in my fitness or my strength.
I was kind of doing the same yoga poses, running the same times, and spending quite a lot of time doing exercise, but not really getting fitter. And I wanted to kind of feel strong and make sure I was being healthy and the long term and I've been training with Carol for over two months now and I've got muscles in places I've never had muscles before including like a line on my belly and like I can actually do a press-up nearly now which is more than more than I could ever do and I can actually do chaturanga which is a yoga pose which I was never able to do before and I've been feeling really good for my workouts but other days I feel super energised and really kind of motivated and I've been doing sprints and those have been really fun and I've just been feeling myself kind of get fitter and my like energy levels increase and yeah I just want to say a huge thank you to Carol for kind of encouraging me and setting it out and making it really easy and looking forward to the next two months
