👉 My advanced membership program includes a 45-minute online session and a 20-minute program review and feedback Zoom call to ensure that your fitness plan is tailored to your current needs and goals.
👉 You'll also have access to our iOS/Android app, which provides weekly workouts with video instruction, daily check-ins, and logging. You can easily track your meals, either by following my recommendations for your goals or by creating your own flexible meal plan. I'll also provide you with precise suggested calorie and macronutrient profiles, along with meal tracking and 'How To' healthy eating guides.
👉 In addition to your personalised fitness and nutrition plan, our advanced membership offers regular WhatsApp messaging support, weekly check-ins, and compliance reports to help keep you on track. I'll also provide you with exercise technique correction via video app and additional feedback and accountability processes.
👉 I'll continue to provide you with an end-of-plan review Zoom call to ensure that you've met your goals and that you have the tools you need to continue your fitness journey.
