I’ve helped clients design and build their life and have worked with every type of busy professionals across the globe, so there’s plenty of expertise on offer that you’re sure to benefit from in your continued results.
How is everything delivered?
All the course materials, downloads, and instruction is provided in a members-only website. You’ll be able to follow along and learn at your own pace. Each module is comprised of several short video lessons. On-Demand workouts, accountability, and live Q&A are also provided so that no matter how you like to learn, I have you covered. I also have fun interactive components that help you retain everything you’ve learned and, the entire site is optimized for your mobile device so that learning and working out on the go is easy and convenient. I will be regularly releasing new courses as well though – so your content library will continue growing.
Will I actually get direct access to you, Carolina?
For sure! In fact, I get to know every member of the Blanco Body Designer Community, especially those who post in the community, ask for advice or participate in the live events and coaching calls. I log into the course every single day – answering questions, connecting with members, sharing new stuff, and serving however I can. I am 100% committed to serving my Members of the Blanco Body Designer Academy. Not only will you see me actively in the community each day, but I will also be in your inbox every week with a new batch of lessons, updates and action items that will keep you motivated and moving forward with your health & fitness goals. I’ll be available to you daily in the forums. I’ll be live on the phone with you and inside the group training workshops.
How much time do I need for this?
It is recommended that you devote a few minutes per day to read, listen, watch or complete the course content. I schedule 45 minutes for every live workshop, and I commit to staying on the line until every question is answered. Replays are available. Participation in the Body Designer community is totally in your hands, but you’ll get out of it what you put in. Some of our members are in there daily, and I’m one of them! You can also access the personal coaching section (available to every member) at any time so that you can track your progress, ask for help, get your questions answered and even have your material reviewed. The 30 Day Meal Planning and workout will require some dedicated time. Creating a successful lifestyle requires effort, and I promise you…if you do the work, you will see the results.
Can I complete this at my own pace?
Of course, no problem! Remember, your membership includes Full access to the video training components within the course, full access to every other piece of training material and LIFETIME ACCESS to the hundreds of resources, workbooks, and downloadable files.

What happens if I decide to cancel my membership?
Obviously I’d love it if all of my members stuck around forever – but I’ve worked with people for long enough to know that that’s never going to happen! So, if you do decide to cancel obviously I’ll be very sad, but if you’re intent on leaving then you’ll be able to do so after 12 weeks. However – we recognize that sometimes you may not want to leave, but perhaps the timing just isn’t right for you, maybe something has come up in your personal life, or your project has had to be put on hold and you just can’t justify paying for something that you know you’ll not be able to utilize for a few months. Well, to address that I actually have the option for you to pause your membership, for however long you need to. Then when you’re ready to return, simply come back and resume payment to reinstate your access. Simple! We do not tie you into any software or services that require you to keep your membership open with me.
