This website is operated by Blanco Body Designer. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Body Designer. Body Designer offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing a program from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. 

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express wrote permission by us.

 

 

If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and data, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your data, your account or any other breaches of security. You may not use the account, username, or password of another User at any time or disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party to access your account.

 

Customer accepts and agrees that Customer is 100% responsible for their progress and results from the Product. Customer acknowledges that, as with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that Customer will reach their goals as a result of the purchase of Product.

SECTION 03 - FEES
There are three options for payment of the Product fee:

One Single payment  (due upon registration)
3 monthly payments(*price varies depending on the promotional period and enrollment level)

monthly membership payments (*price varies depending on the promotional period and enrollment level)

If you select any monthly(1 or 3) payment option, you will pay your first payment of ex. £300 today, and £300 each month for an additional 2 months(3 pay) from the date of purchase, for a total payment of £900 *. If you choose to pick this option, you are responsible for all 3 payments. If you pick the membership option, you are responsible for all monthly payments.

 

If you the payment plan, and not the monthly membership, You will be liable for all of the payments regardless of whether you continue to use the Program during the payment period.

If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 36% per year compounding monthly (3% per month).

METHODS OF PAYMENT
If Customer elects to pay by monthly installments, Customer authorizes the Company to charge Customer’s credit card or debit card. If Customer elects to pay in full or membership plan upon registration (option 1 and 3 above), Customer may pay by credit card or debit card.

You are responsible to ensure that the payments are made on time. If your account is beyond 30-days overdue, Blanco Body Designer reserves the right to turn over the account to collections with outstanding interests and accrued costs incurred in order to engage a Debt Recovery Mercantile Agency or a Solicitor to attend engaged by the company; in order to recover the outstanding amount due and payable.

REFUNDS
We offer a 14-day refund period for purchases from the program registration date. However, in order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 14 days of enrollment, contact Blanco Body Designer at carolina@blancobodydesigner.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 14th day at 11:59 GMT.

You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 14th day, you will not be granted a refund

We will NOT provide refunds more than 14 days following the date of the program start date. After day 14, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 14 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 14th day from the program purchase date and all payments must be made on a timely basis.

SECTION 4 - MEDICAL DISCLAIMER 

Review the following User Agreement carefully before using the blancobodydesigner.com site or any of the videos or other material provided by us. YOU SHOULD CONSULT WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE BEGINNING THIS OR ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM. YOU SHOULD BE IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION AND BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EXERCISE PRIOR TO UTILIZING ANY BODY DESIGNER VIDEO OR OTHER INFORMATION OR MATERIAL.

Any exercise program may result in injury which may include but is not limited to the risk of injury, aggravation of a pre-existing condition, or adverse effect of over-exertion such as muscle strain, abnormal blood pressure, fainting, and very rare instances of heart attack or death. To reduce the risk of injury, before beginning this or any exercise program, please consult a healthcare provider for appropriate exercise prescription and safety precautions. The exercise instruction and advice presented are in no way intended as a substitute for medical consultation. We disclaim any liability from and in connection with this program. 

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO EVALUATE YOUR OWN MEDICAL AND PHYSICAL CONDITION AND TO INDEPENDENTLY DETERMINE WHETHER TO PERFORM, USE OR ADAPT ANY OF THE INFORMATION OR CONTENT ON THIS WEBSITE. BY VOLUNTARILY UNDERTAKING ANY EXERCISE DISPLAYED ON THIS WEB SITE, YOU ASSUME THE RISK OF ANY RESULTING INJURY.

You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. By viewing Blanco Body Designer videos or other materials provided by found on our website otherwise or by engaging in any activity described therein you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Blanco Body Designer from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Blanco Body Designer alleged or actual negligence. You further agree to hold Blanco Body Designer harmless from any claims for injury or other damage arising from the use of any materials created by or distributed by us.

Should you object to any term or condition of these terms of use, any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with Blanco Body Designer in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the Blanco Body Designer website and any and all contents found there. Blanco Body Designer has the right but is not obligated, to strictly enforce these terms of use through self-help, community moderation, active investigation, litigation, and prosecution.
